I was treated by Mr Narang as an outpatient for a procedure I was expecting to be painful but I hardly felt a thing. Denise, the charming nurse was very attentive and put me at my ease. I have attended Goring Hall many times for various procedures in/outpatient and would recommend them to anyone. I have never met a staff member who has not been courteous and friendly. Excellent hospital.

There were a couple of administrative hitches. During the pre-op form filling I was assigned to the wrong GP and practice and had to insist on receiving a written copy of the corrected form. Despite the discharge form provided on the day stating there would be an appointment 10 days later for wound inspection I did not receive one despite telephoning on 2 separate occasions after the 10 days was up and being promised it would be looked into. Since the wound seemed to be healing well I did not follow up any further.

I have only ever had good experiences of BMI Goring Hall. Having a surgical procedure during the COVID pandemic is a worrying experience. However, I felt very safe during my appointments. I was impressed with the processes put in place to mitigate risk. All of the staff and clinicians I met were both friendly, professional and made me feel safe. Overall, despite requiring surgery, a great experience.

BMI Goring Hospital has an exceptional reputation and I felt privileged to be referred there. I expected that being an NHS patient I would be treated differently to those in the Private sector BUT I was treated exactly the same. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. It was clean, tidy, beautifully furnished and the staff were so kind and helpful. I honestly wanted to stay longer than one night but was discharged the following day!!

Goring Hall Hospital is a very clean professionally run hospital, with staff who are very welcoming and friendly as well as very professional and caring. I was made to feel completely at ease right from the start of my stay through to the time I was discharged...I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone undergoing treatment.
